Joey’s Story: Humble Beginnings

Where It All Began

From small beginnings to big dreams

In the 1970s, our family ran a chain of clothing stores across Upstate South Carolina. When the economy collapsed, we were forced to close—but instead of ending our entrepreneurial journey, it sparked a new beginning.

My father, always a visionary, worked at Faith Printing by day and took on finishing projects by night. His dedication and craftsmanship built such a strong reputation that he soon launched his own business. By the late ’70s, he was thriving on referrals and hard work, and in 1987 I joined him as a partner. Together, we expanded through the ’90s, growing our team and acquiring a modest shop that showcased our high-quality finishes.

The Journey Continues

Shaping the next chapter in an ever-evolving story.

After my father’s passing in 2006, I committed myself to carrying his legacy forward. We built a larger facility, refined our process, and in 2017 returned full circle by acquiring the very Faith Printing building where he once worked. With 25,000 square feet, advanced spray booths, and state-of-the-art equipment, we combined automation with the hand-rubbed techniques that define our craft.

Today, with the third generation joining the team, we serve residential, commercial, and industrial clients—and we’re already planning our next expansion. By God’s grace, hard work, and an enduring commitment to excellence, our company has grown beyond my father’s original dream, and his legacy continues to guide us into the future.
